Full Day Cooking Class
A single-day sessions - includes hands-on instruction for a 3-course Menu Class on various days throughout the year.
The Program: Classes start at 9 am with a Continental Breakfast and a recipe outline for the day. After the first 3 hours of instruction, lunch is served. Class continues to 4:00pm, dinner is served at 5:30pm. Cost-inclusive of the Full Day class: all recipes, instructions, lunch, a chef’s apron, a 3-course dinner and your personalized diploma.
